2010年，香港警队刑事情报高级督察卓凯（苗侨伟 饰）前往泰国曼谷，与当地潜伏的卧底追查跨国贩毒线。谁知过程中吉运帮头目Pak Key及其手下乐少锋（周柏豪 饰）突然介入，打乱计划。卓凯一行撤退时更遭遇一场精心策划的大爆炸，导致其他卧底命丧火海。返港之后，卓凯心灰意冷，有意辞职。就在此时，香港最大的社团长兴祸起萧墙，昔日同袍持刀相向，大战一触即发。另一方面，高级督察黎瑞权（张兆辉 饰）唯恐长兴内部的5个卧底身份曝光，情急之下删掉卧底档案。

His Louisiana Purchase doubles the nation's size, but he faces controversy and scandal, finally retiring to his beloved Monticello in 1809. His last years are spent founding the University of Virginia.
